Judith describes herself as a passionate reflexologist. Having worked part time in her clinic for over 20 years she has much experience to offer. The most rewarding aspect of the modality is that almost everybody who comes for a reflexology treatment leaves feeling better.
Judith qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology (USA) taught through a NZ training institution, an internationally recognized qualification. Since then she has continued her studies with further training, including Somatic, Ayurvedic, Reflexognosy, and Vertical styles of reflexology. Reflexognosy is particularly suitable for aching feet, & feet with structural deviations e.g. pronation. Judith is also a Service Provider for Sweet Louise and is experienced in treating women undergoing treatment for cancer.
In 2017 she studied Zu Qi Gong which uses Qi Gong techniques reflected on the feet. This incorporates three aspects; deep relaxation, followed by balancing body energy by connecting with the meridians, and finishing with energizing techniques. Wherever you are on your health journey, clients report that Zu Qi Gong is very supportive in working towards an improved sense of well being.
Judy trained as a Reflexology Practitioner whilst living in London and has since been based back in her home town of Auckland for over 10 years. She has undertaken extensive additional training, both in the UK and in New Zealand, in Pre-Conception and Maternity Reflexology, developing her practise to include a Fertility and Maternity focused clinic in Belmont. Judy is also a Service Provider for Sweet Louise and is experienced in treating women undergoing treatment for cancer. Judy’s clinic is in Belmont, but she is also able to offer treatments in your own home or hospital.
Karen gained her Reflexology Diplomas through Aromaflex Academy in Nelson and ITEC UK. Her favourite saying is 'Reflexology interrups the pattern of stress', and endeavours to add value to the lives of everybody that she treats, by empowering them with the ability to listen to their bodies. Karen is trained in foot, hand and ear reflexology
She is also a Service Provider for Sweet Louise and is experienced in helping men and women undergoing treatment for cancer. Treatments can be enjoyed at her studio in Northcross.
Karen is also a qualified Indian Head Massage Practitioner and operates as a satelite school for Aromaflex Academy, teaching their Introduction to Reflexology Course and full Diploma Course in Auckland. Karen presents workshops at schools and in her community and is a frequent speaker at functions and other events.
Karen qualified in the UK over 18 years ago. With additional training both in the UK and NZ she has an extensive portfolio to tailor to your individual needs. Treating new borns to age 102, she willingly offers suggestions for home self help. Treatments which are very popular include: hayfever, pain relief, stress reduction and maternity.
Treatments can be enjoyed at her clinic and also locally mobile.
Karen is a Service Provider for Sweet Louise and is experienced in treating women undergoing treatment for cancer. Karen also practices massage, Indian Head Massage, stress management and often incorporates colour therapy into her work. She provides talks and workshops to schools, community and corporate groups.
