Gill gained her certification through the International Institute of Reflexology NZ. She has been a full time practitioner since 2007. Her passion is to empower people 'To Become the Managers of their own Well Being' through understanding their body's responses and tension patterns giving a deeper understanding to the conscious choices they can make in their day to day lives to change repetitive patterning. Through the nurtured touch of Reflexology, her ability to receive deeper insights, positive reinforcement, sharing of knowledge, lifestyle support and a deep understanding of how the nervous system works to maintain optimum high energy in our physical, mental and emotional aspects, Gill helps her clients day to day life experiences become positive, enjoyable and empowered. Treatments are available at her Dairy Flat/Albany Clinic or as a mobile service.

Through an interest in self healing and personal development she began her training with Aura-Soma Colour in 1993. She is an Internationally trained and qualified Aura-Soma Colour Consultant & Teacher, a Reflexology Practitioner & Teacher, and a Reiki and Bowen Practitioner.

Janice has facilitated Aura-Soma Colour and Reflexology courses for 16 years and has run a busy practice for 18 years. She is a professional member of Reflexology NZ Inc, ASIACT (The Art & Science International Academy of Colour Technologies) (UK), Bowtech NZ Inc. and is a registered NZ Chartered Natural Therapies Practitioner.
